Under the direction of the service manager perform required overhaul and repair of all aspects of RR marine equipment in the field and in the workshop, and travel both within and outside of North America.

1. Be available for Service Support on a 24-hour basis, including weekends and holidays.
2. Maintain personal transportation sufficient for Service Support duties.
3. Possess a current, valid passport for overseas travel.
4. Provide an interface between the customer and the manufacturing base.
5. Assist customers in fault diagnosis and possibilities for repair of Rolls-Royce Marine products.
6. Undertake as required, the installation, commissioning and overhaul of our products, providing both customers and factory representatives with field reports and practical advice learned from field experience.
7. Provide receipts and details of costs to allow for correct invoicing of our customers.
8. Undertake product training as dictated by the Service Manager.
9. Identify and pursue new customers and markets.

Basic:
-High School Diploma or GED required.
-2 years of trade school with 1+ years of shipyard or marine experience
-OR 3+ years of shipyard or marine experience.
-Extensive travel both domestic and international required.

Preferred:
-Shipyard, Marine or Heavy engineering experience a plus.
-2 years of Trade School or Community College courses in technical field preferred (Mechanical, Electrical, Marine, Industrial, Hydraulics, or Automation).
-Driver’s License in good standing.
-Result-oriented, organized, analytical, attention to detail a must.
Good verbal and written communication skills desired.

Co-op Description:
The Co-Op Program is a six-month program focused on providing college students with practical business experience. It allows them to develop leadership skills, broaden their understanding of the concepts learned in school and "get a taste of the real world" before they are fully committed to it. The Co-Op program participants will be better able to apply concepts learned in the classroom and will be able to ask more poignant questions of their professors to further their goals and education. The Co-Op program is the primary feeder for entrance into Johnson & Johnson's Finance Leadership Development Program (FLDP). The Financial Leadership Development Program (FLDP) is a two-year program designed specifically to prepare future generations of business leaders within the Johnson & Johnson accounting and finance organization. Participants gain invaluable on-the-job experiences during three rotations at various J&J business units, receive leadership and technical training, and thorough, recurring evaluations. There are seven weeks of training over the course of the two-year program. Training covers all areas and competencies that are critical to success at J&J and is delivered through a combination FLDP leadership, J&J executives, Finance management, and external consultants.

Roles/Responsibilities:
Co-Op program participant roles include financial accounting, sales & marketing finance and operations finance. Specific responsibilities may include budget support (administration, finance, information management, operations, sales & marketing finance, etc.), capital budgeting, financial consolidation, month/year end closing procedures, sales reporting and analysis, account reconciliations, and inter-company accounting. Other common tasks include analysis of financial questions and problems (i.e. Regression and Trend Analysis), problem solving, active business partnering and developing innovative methods to improve job metrics and processes.
