Software Support Expert Job Description:
Our Client is looking for a Software Support Expert to train end-users on proprietary software systems. This position will be located in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates (UAE) potential candidates must be willing to relocate for up to 2 years. This Support Expert will maintain training curriculum and training material. They will follow through on training questions and concerns. This Expert will work with various internal groups (application developers, systems, QA etc).

This Support Expert will also be responsible for Lvl 1-2 onsite software, telephone, support and tracking customer calls. This position is a combination of software training, desk side and phone support. Ideal candidates will have experience developing training curriculums and teaching training classes.

Must Haves:
Valid US Passport; willing to relocate to Abu Dhabi (UAE)
Ability to quickly learn new software systems.
Experience with complex Information Systems.
