We are a fast growing national consultant company seeking an expert and professional to be Consultant as Procurement Specialist to support our project implementation in Aceh as follows:
This is 6 (six) months contract, base in Banda Aceh with frequently travel to project site in Aceh & Sabang.
You will support of BRR & local/provincial governments in procurement activities (tender procedures, document preparation, bid evaluations, and contracting), including but not limited to i. civil works to be implemented by contractors; ii. community contracting of labor and purchases of materials; iii. operation of Construction Support Centers (CSCs); responsible for monitoring & contract administration of the construction project which is include coordinate implementation aspects with the participating local community, BRR, and local governments, particularly the BAPPEDA, Dinas Perkotaan dan Permukiman (Urban Planning and Settlements Department) or others responsible in the area of housing and shelter development and other related Dinas at city or district level; and take overall responsibility for timely preparation and submission of require reports, and ensure their quality and completeness; reporting to OC on progress of procurement activities.
You should be relevant bachelor degree (S1), and preferable a masters degree (S2); qualified and experienced in project procurement, and preferable in community housing project, with significant experience in community contracting will be added advantage; have a minimum of 8 (eight) years related project experiences and preferable with ADB's, World Bank's or others overseas funding agencies Project; Fluent in English both oral and written is a must; Computer literate; Willing to works under pressure and after office hour.
