Job Desription
Prepare document check list for all invoice received from 3rd parties to control document completeness. Ensuring the completeness of supporting documents of invoice prior payment process. Verify all invoices by match the invoice with receiving note and purchase order/purchase request/agreement. Ensure all expenses claim are fully backed up by proper documents prior payment process. Ensure all advance payment and advance settlement are fully supported by proper documents.
Requirements:
Male or Female max. 27 year old
Bachelor degree (S1) in Accounting
Having experiences for 1 – 2 years in Finance & Accounting
Computer literature, min. Microsoft Office
Fluent in English both written & oral.
SENIOR COST ACCOUNTANT (Padalarang - Bandung)
Job Desription
Responsible in maintaining full sets of accounts for manufacturing operations, perform cost analysis reports, monitoring stock and movement of inventory, responsible for annual standard cost setting, ensure internal control procedures on costing are fully followed.
Requirements:
Male or Female max. 27 year old
Bachelor degree (S1) in Accounting
Having experiences for 3 – 5 years in inventory costing and cost center accounting in MNC Manufacturing environment
Technical qualification: Proficient with ERP/SAP application
Computer literature, min. Microsoft Office
Fluent in English both written & oral
Willing to stay in Padalarang – Bandung even after married (if the candidate is still single).
