MANAGEMENT TRAINEE ( MT )

Requirements:

PRODUCTION MANAGER ( PM )

POSITION PURPOSE:

The purpose of the Production Manager position is to make sure smoothly production activities such as planning, recording, maintaining, cost control, developing to produce good quality product

CORE ACCOUNTABILITIES:

2.1. To realization production plan base on order and timely manner.
2.2. Coordinate with engineering department to make sure all machine are in good condition.
2.3. Responsible for the manufacture of concrete product to the specified quality at the lowest practical cost.
2.4. Provide and maintain all necessary equipment , instruction, facilities and personnel to enable the QA program to be followed.
2.5. Control all raw material, processes and finished product.
2.6. Supervise subordinate including developing, punishment , coaching, counseling.

SKILL, KNOWLEDGE, AND QUALIFICATION:

3.1. Minimum 3 year experiences as managerial level in Production in manufacture company. Preferably associated with the pre-cast concrete, heavy manufacturing.
3.2. Bachelor of Engineering background.
3.3 Computer literate, Excellent communication in Bahasa and English.
3.4 Minimum 35 years old, Male/Female

LOCATION:

The candidate will be posted in East Java.

CUSTOMER VALUE MANAGER ( CVM )

POSITION PURPOSE:

The purpose of the Customer Value Manager position is to provide a comprehensive service to all customers regarding queries and complaints, written and verbal, demonstrating excellent customer service and responding in a timely and efficient manner.

CORE ACCOUNTABILITIES:

2.1. Retain customers and reduce revenue risk.
2.2. Handle all incoming customers contact by telephone, letter, e-mail fax or personal visit.
2.3. Make standard and non standards written responses to customers.
2.4. Maintain good relationship with customers.
2.5. Investigate customer enquiries and complaint.
2.6. Assist Operation Department and Sales Department to make sure all delivery will run smoothly.
2.7. Research and resolve customer enquiries and complaints to the customers satisfaction.
2.8. Manage and develop of the Customer Value function and culture, including people and performance measures.
2.9. Manage workplace relations to ensure a harmonious working environment.

SKILL, KNOWLEDGE, AND QUALIFICATION:

3.1. Minimum 3 year experiences as managerial level in Customer Value/Relation, in manufacture company. Preferably associated with the pre-cast concrete, construction, heavy manufacturing.
3.2. Bachelor of any education background or equivalent.
3.3 Computer literate, Excellent communication in Bahasa and English.
3.4 Minimum 35 years old, Male/Female
