PT. Bakrieland Development Tbk. (BLD) is the property developer of the Bakrie Group, and is the largest Market Capitalization values of all property development companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange. The company has three areas main Business Units : City Development, Residential, and Hotel & Resort. Its landmark projects are the Rasuna Epicentrum, 53.5 hectares of tha largest mixed used super block development in Jakarta’s prime area, the 360 hectares (plan to be 100 ha) landed residential housing estate Bogor Nirwana Residence and the prestigious Legian Nirwana Suites Resorts located in Kuta, Bali. To sustain its growth and expansion, BLD is inviting young professional to join the BLD winning team, for the following positions :

I. SENIOR MANAGEMENT Level :
1.Finance & Accounting Division Head (FADH)
The post holder will take full responsibility for the financial planning fund raising project financing and preparation of financial report (annual and consolidated). He/she will also be responsible for maintaining good relationship with financial institutions. Knowledge of capital markets will be essential.

2.Financial Control Division Head (FCDH)
He/she will full responsibility for all aspects of accounting and to ensure that they are in line with the approved budget and SOP. He/she will coordinate with finance & accounting head for preparation of financial report, and must maintain good working relationship with External Auditor.

3.Human Resources Development Division Head (HRDH)
The post holder will be responsible for all aspects of HR management, systems and procedures, manpower planning, organizational development, recruitment & selection, compensation & benefits, performance management, and training & development. Maintain good relations with related Government Institution.

II. MANAGEMENT Level :
1.Investor Relations Manager (IRM)
The main responsibility will be to liaise with all investors with the objective of disseminating appropriate information with order to add shareholder value. Having good relationship with investors and market analysts is a must.

2.Corporate Communication Manager (CCM)
Responsibility will be to manage the internal and external communication. He/she must also function as the corporate PR to design, implement and represents the company in CSR activity program.

3.Risks Management Manager (RMM)
He/she will be responsible to ascertain that all company transactions comply with the company policy and regulations, well documented legally and administratively.

4.Internal Audit Manager (IAM)
He/she will be responsible for all aspects of auditing process, not limited to financial but shall also cover the performances of projects and operating units.
5.Legal Manager (LGM)
Responsibility will be to ascertain that all company transactions are legal and in compliance with current regulations. He/she will be acting as company lawyer in providing opinion and recommendations. The post holder will also be involved in land acquisition process, and must be well versed in all aspects of land regulations.
6.Accounting Management (ACM)
Responsibility for all company financial data, the process of consolidated financial report as well as controlling the projects accounting activities, including taxation.
7.Treasury Manager (TRM)
He/she will be responsibility for the cash management, banking transaction, account payable/receivable, and initiating regular financial market research.
8.Cost & Budget Control manager (CBM)
Responsibility will be to monitor and control all aspects of cosh and budget, both company level as well as project level, and to ensure that all transactions are kept within the budget.
9.Senior Project Manager (SPM)
He/she will manage multiple project, coordinates with external & internal parties, creates and implements work plans, deliver projects on time, within budget and safely.
10.Senior Sales & Marketing Manager (SSM)
He/she will create & implement programs & strategies related to sales & marketing of several projects, commit to sales targets, coordinates with external & internal parties. Responsible to achieve maximum result according to sales & marketing plans.

III. SUPERVISOR Level :
1.Information technology (ITSP)
2.Accounting & Tax (ATSP)
3.Risks Management (RMSP)
4.HRD & GA (HGSP)
5.Secretaries (SCR)

IV. STAFF Level :
1.Corporate Secretary (CSS)
2.Internal Audit Staff (IAS)
3.Accounting Management (AMS)
4.Financial Accounting (FAS)
5.HR & GA (HGS)
6.Treasury (TRS)
7.Cost & Budget Control (CBS)
8.Information Technology (ITS)

Requirement :
1.Minimum educational background (preferably from reputable University/Academy) :
Master degree majoring in : finance/accounting (FADH, FCDH); HR Management (HRDH)
Bachelor degree or higher majoring in; communication (IRM, CCM), any discipline (RMM, IAM), law (LGM), finance/accounting (AM,RM,CB)
Diploma degree or higher majoring in; information technology (ITSP, ITS), secretary/any discipline (SCR); any discipline (staff)
2.Minimum experience at the same position/level, preferably in property/real estate industry; 7 years (I), 5 years (II), 3 years (III), 1 years (IV)
3.Proficiency in English both speaking & writing (I-II), good command of English (III-IV)
4.Proven track record in managing the same division in large scale industry (I)
5.High integrity, good leadership and team player with strong work ethnic, excellent analytical thinking and able to work well in a fast-paced changing environment, resourceful, possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills (I & II)
6.Experience in maintaining network (hardware/software), website program (III, 1)
7.Deep understanding of Indonesian Accounting Standards & Tax Regulations (I.1 & 2, II. 6,7,9)
8.Experience in high-rise buildings & mixed-use development and computer skill in project management soft-wares (II. 9)
9.Experience in high-end residential development, has strong data base in high-end property products, and communicate in English & Mandarin (II. 10)
10.Male / female, max: 35 years old; (I) 30 yrs; (II & III); 25 yrs (IV), female (III.5) 25 yrs.
11.Having pleasant personality, positive attitude, self driven, hard worker, good coordination.
