The Australia Indonesia Basic Education Program (AIBEP) is a joint initiative of the Australian and Indonesian Governments. Its key areas of focus are Expanded Equitable Access to Basic Education, Improved Quality and Internal Efficiency and Strengthened Governance Mechanisms.
We are seeking expression of interests from suitably qualified and experienced international and national candidates to be based in Jakarta for the following positions:
1.Development a ToR for Training Service Provider Adviser (International / National)
Min 10 years experience with the Training Industry and has proven track of record for implementing training programs. Strong HR background is preferable
2.Education Quality Standards Adviser (International)
Relevant post graduate qualification in education, senior expertise in education planning and management and implementing quality education standards in developing countries.
3.Supported School Self-Evaluation Adviser (International)
Relevant post graduate qualification in education, experienced in provincial or national education and school management
4.School Quality Assurance Advisers (National)
Relevant post graduate qualification in education with extensive expertise in developing and implementing quality assurance models for primary and secondary school.
5.Teacher Quality Improvement Advisers (National)
Relevant postgraduate qualification in education with extensive experience in education quality assurance and improvement of teacher standard.
6.GIS Specialist and Field Coordinator (National)
Relevant postgraduate qualification, experience in organizing and implementing large scale GIS field operations to collect coordinates and map to a GIS application.
7.SMIS System Developers (National)
Min 5 years of software development experience
Experience in SQL programming, software testing and working with school management information systems.
8.HR manager
Min 10 years experience in HRD, in managing recruitment, contracting and payroll.
Knowledge of Indonesian manpower regulation and tax is a must.
