General Requirements:
The ideal candidate should be between 30 to 40 years old, possess a bachelor or post graduate (MM/MBA) degree from a reputable university, have at least 2-3 years of working experience in the same or related function. He/She should have down-to-earth personality, capable of developing long term business and handling daily operational issues. He/She must be self-driven and possess excellent communication and analytical skills.
