A fast growing metal scrap company is currently looking for excellent candidates for the following positions:
1.DEPUTY OPERATION MANAGER (DOM)-MALE
Responsible for leading, planning, organizing & controlling the warehouse processes to achieve targeted objectives; Ensure the quality and output of the products to the required standard; Ensure full utilization of manpower resources, machinery & equipment; Responsible for ISO certification in warehouse
2.EXIM MANAGER (EM)-MALE / FEMALE
Responsible for import & export procedure, LC, shipping arrangement & scheduling; Liasing closely with head office on daily shipment matters; Understand the latest export import regulation and custom law; Continuously manage logistics KPI improvement through e-GLS
3. ACCOUNTING & FINANCE MANAGER (AFM)-MALE / FEMALE
Responsible for overall financial & accounting operations of the office; Understand the latest Indonesia tax decree & regulation; Liasing with bank for credit facility matters and planning for smelting plant project; Responsible for bringing & implementing accounting system
4. ACCOUNTING STAFF (AS)-FEMALE
Handle account receivable, payable & taxes; Prepare monthly & yearly financial report; Plan operational cash flows; Maintain accounting records
Qualifications:
Bachelor degree from Economy / Engineering (1), Shipping (2), Accounting (3-4), Fluent in English, Mandarin & dialect (value added), Excel, Words, Powerpoint, Internet & Email (1-4), initiative, willing to work long hour & dateline, hard working (1-4), Relevant work experience min 5 years (1-4), must have good connection with Bea Cukai Society (2), Bankers & Business society (3)
