CLUB FACILITIES MANAGER
Responsibilities :
Organizing and implementing an effective preventive maintenance program. Managing the facilities team with respect to maintaining the clubs and equipment in excellent working condition.
Qualifications :
1.Min bachelor degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, Quantity surveying
2.Min 5 years experience in the same capacity
3.Having successful experiences in handling various aspects of building maintenance, design, cost estimating, project budgeting, and schedule control is an advantages
4.Strong interpersonal and leadership skill
5.Fluent in English and well presented
ACCOUNTING MANAGER
Responsibilities :
Leading Fin / Acc team, organizing, implementing and reporting accounting activities in order to make the job accomplished
Qualifications :
1.Min bachelor degree in Accounting
2.Min 2 years experience in managerial level
3.Having successful experiences in handling Balance Sheet, Profit Loss, and Supporting financial report
4.Having experience in retail industries will be advantage
5.Strong interpersonal and leadership skill
6.Fluent in English and well presented
