QUANTITY SURVEYOR MANAGER (QSM)
This position is responsible to undertake the preparation of the Bill of Quantity, tender document and tender process as well project cost plan, procurement and purchasing work. To plan, carry out and lead all tender process and documentation and a comprehension of strategies for handling contract documents.
1.Male / female ; age between 28-35 years
2.Degree in civil engineering or architecture from reputable university
3.Minimum 5 years working experience in related field or Qs consultant
4.Computer literate such are word, excel , power point autoCAd and MS project
5.Fluent in English spoken & written
6.Self motivated and strong team player
7.Well organized, takes initiative, self starter, able to work under pressure
8.To be positioned in Phnom Penh office permanently
SENIOR QUANTITY SURVEYOR (QSS)
Prepare cost plan and bill of the project (insfrastructure & houses). Updating & maintenance cost aspect of the township costruction activities variation and project report and payment
1.Male/female age between 25-30 years
2.Degree in civil engineering or architecture from reputable university
3.Minimum 3 years working experience in related field Qs consultant
4.Computer literate such are word, excel , power point autoCAd and MSProject
5.Fluent in English spoken & written
6.Self motivated and strong team player
7.Well organized, takes initiative, self starter, able to work under pressure
8.To be positioned in Phnom Penh office permanently
