Training Manager
HEAD OF THE ISS SERVICE SCHOOL
Training Manager has the responsibility to run the Service School and lead the Instructors to produces the best quality of graduates who will be mostly our Front Liners, Team Leaders and Service Supervisors in the field. Reporting to the Vice President Human Capital Development, the Training Manager should be a mature person who speaks English very well, posses good interpersonal skills, experience in Training for c. 3-5 years and in Management for c. 2-3 years. We are looking for the person to fill the job which skills that are industrious, dedicated and meticulous and lead our dynamic Human Capital Team, contribute and evolve ideas and implement untypical ideas for an ever changing market demands from our company. We want a person who versatile and adaptable, discipline & organized. In his mid to late 30’s the ideal candidate should posses a recognized degree in Human Resources and or Hotel Management. Those with experience gained in the industries, Hotel Management and or service multinational environment will be well regarded.
Excellent career prospect which lead to the Vice President’s position and an attractive remuneration scheme commensurate with experience and ability will be offered to the right candidate.
AND SENIOR INSTRUCTORS
We are also looking the same profile of senior instructors (3 positions) with experience in training at 4-5 star hotel chains to strengthen our human capital development team
