To support the expansion of its business activities in South East Asia, PT. Bekaert Indonesia, located in eastern part of jabodetabek area, is looking for talent to fill up the following positions :

SALES ENGINEER ADVANCED WIRE PRODUCTS (SE)
You will develop the sales of a new range of advanced and fast growing wire product which are sold to industrial customer located in Indonesia, South East Asia and Taiwan. Together with the support of a local and global team you will develop solutions will meet the demands of you customers and realize the ambitious sales targets.

To be successful in this role, you need to have a strong drive for result. Possess excellent technical and commercial skills, have an entrepreneurial mindset and work very independently. You have a proven track record in the sales of a technical product in a B2B environment. You must be accustomed to working in a dynamic and fast developing market environment, and prepared to travel extensively. You hold a university degree in engineering, with a minimum of 3-5 years experience.

This position requires an excellent speaking and writing ability of English. Knowledge of Chinese is a plus.

INTERNAL SALES (IS)
You will answer all customer inquiries related to the product availability and delivery dates. You will process incoming orders in SAP and coordinated all the pre-shipment and after shipment activities until shipment and invoicing. You will develop and maintain an excellent relationship with your customers by responding timely to all their enquiries and meeting their demands.

To be successful in this role, you need to be well organized, have a high sense of urgency and very independently. You will handle the inquiries-orders-deliveries as one cycle of work and communicate well with production and technical department to fulfill all the customer needs. You hold a D3 or S1 degree in Economy, Accounting or Logistics with 2-3 years experience in internal sales or logistics.

This position requires an excellent speaking and writing knowledge of English, and good computer skills. Experience in SAP or other ERP software is an advantage.

PRODUCTION PLANNER (PP)
You will organize the daily, weekly and monthly production planning based on the sales forecast, confirmed orders, machine capabilities and available manpower. You will be responsible for managing the inventory levels or raw materials, consumable and finished product in line with the scheduled production outputs and target inventory levels.

To be successful in this role, you need to develop a very good insight of the production flows and parameters. You are eager to learn, very fast and accurate with numbers, can work independently and committed to serve your internal customers. You hold a D3 or S1 degree in Economy/Accounting, Engineering or logistic with 3-5 years experience in production planning and/or inventory control.

This position requires a good speaking and writing knowledge of English, and excellent computer skills. Experience in SAP or other ERP software is an advantage.

JUNIOR SECRETARY (JC)
You will assist the management in administrative tasks such as receiving incoming calls, making travel booking and schedules, organizing meeting, coordinating visitor arrangements and preparing presentations. You will report to both the General and HR Manager and be responsible for office management, mail delivery/reception, office supplies and petty cash administration.

To be successful in this role, you need to work very independently, be will organized and proactive. You hold a D3 or S1 degree in secretary, Management, Accounting of foreign language with 0-3 years experience.

This position requires an excellent speaking and writing ability of English and very good knowledge of Microsoft office.

UTILITY FOREMAN (UT)
Together with your team, your will conduct and coordinate all the activities needed to ensure a perfect functioning and maintenance of all the utilities equipment of a large production plant. Since some of the utility services will be outsourced, you will be involved in the selection of the subcontractors and the supervision of their works.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have good analytical skills, high sense of urgency and strong internal customers focus. You hold a university degree in industrial electrical engineering with 4-5 solid hands-on experience in utility maintenance or installation.

This position requires a good speaking and writing ability of English and good computer skills especially in AutoCAD and Microsoft office.
