Accounts Payable Executive
1.Degree or Bachelor from recognized university or academy in Accounting
2.Minimum 2 years experience in an established public accounting firm
3.relevant experience in controlling & managing accounts payables
4.Assist to supervise a team of 6 staff at HQ and at branches
5.A team player who is able to work under tight datelines & independently
6.Must be computer literate

Account Executive
1.Degree or Bachelor from recognized university or academy in Accounting
2.Minimum 2 years experience in an established public accounting firm
3.Proficient in spoken and written English is compulsory
4.Experience in management of reconciliation between Receivables and Payable
5.A team player who is able to work under tight datelines & independently
6.Must be computer literate

Administrator
1.Degree or Bachelor from recognized university or academy in Accounting
2.Minimum 2 years is a similar position
3.Possess administrative and organizational skills
4.A team player and must have initiative and able to work independently
5.Possess good communication skills
6.Proficient in spoken & written English
7.Must be computer literate


Supplier Server
1.Degree or Bachelor from recognized university or academy in Accounting
2.Minimum 2 years experience in an established public accounting firm
3.Minimum 2 years experience in costing & payables
4.Must have initiative and able to work independently and under tight datelines
5.Must be computer literate

Accounts Payable Assistant
1.Degree or Bachelor from recognize university or academy in Accounting
2.Able to perform bank and cash reconciliation & arrangement of bank transfer
3.Monitoring & management of Accounts Payables
4.Able to work under tight datelines
5.Possess initiative and able to work independently and under tight datelines
6.A team player who is result-oriented
7.Proficient in spoken & written English
8.Must be computer literate

Cashiers (Based in Semarang, Surabaya & Jakarta)
1.Work in similar position before
2.Must possess basic accounting knowledge
3.Able to work under tight datelines
4.Must have initiative and able to work independently
5.Must be computer literate

Local operations Employee Sea Export
1.Experience as operations staff or customer service
2.Minimum 3 to 5 years experience in a similar position
3.background in freight forwarding company or customs broker (international or large national company)
4.Ability to speak and write in English language is compulsory
5.Computer literate

Local Operations Employee Sea Import
1.Experience as operation staff or customer service
2.Minimum 3 to 5 years experience in a similar position
3.Background in freight forwarding company or customs broker (international or large national company)
4.Ability to speak and write in English language is compulsory
5.Must be computer literate

Operations Documentation Employee Sea Export
1.1 to 2 years experience in freight forwarding
2.fresh graduates with an interest to work in freight forwarding are encouraged to apply)
3.Eager to learn best business practices in a leading international company
4.Must be computer literate

Port Coordinator
1.Minimum 5 years experience in a similar capacity
2.Background in freight forwarding company or customs broker (international or large national company)
3.Experience in running Port Operations in Tanjung Priok
4.Good network with Customs Department
5.Ability to speak and write in English language is compulsory

Air Import Customer Service
1.Minimum Bachelor degree (D3)
2.Minimum 2 to 3 years experiences in International Freight Forwarding (especially in Airfreight)
3.Well verse in import and Customs Clearance Processing
4.Candidate should have good English level
5.Self motivated, well organized in administration skills
6.Having good communication skills
7.Must be computer literate

Customer Service
1.Minimum 3 to 5 years experiences in a similar position
2.Experience as servicing customers in Cosmetics & Parfum Industry
3.Candidate should have good English level
4.Self motivated, well organized in administration skills
5.Having good communication skills
6.Must be computer literate
