SALES MANAGER
The candidate will be responsible for sales and marketing, delivering sales objectives and developing strategies for growth. The candidate must have extensive sales and marketing experience with a strong track record of sales, good people management, and has experience in managing a business unit. Experience in medical devices and/or pharmaceutical business will be preferred.
Travel is required and may account for 30%-40% of the candidate’s time outstation. The candidate should be self-motivated, can work independently, as well as in a team, and must be result oriented.
All candidates applying for the above position must have:
1. A Bachelor degree (MBA would be an advantage) from a recognized university
2. A minimum GPA of 3.0/4.0
3. Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia & English
The successful candidates shall be awarded with very competitive compensation and benefits, and intensive Orientation / Training program domestic and overseas.
APPRENTICESHIP PROGRAM
This is a 12 months program designed for bright fresh graduate students who are ready to take the future challenges:
Requirements:
1. Bachelor Degree from recognized university with GPA min 3.00 / 4.00
2. Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English
3. Has pleasant personality, energetic, self motivated
Upon successful completion of the program, the candidate will be given a Certificate of Apprenticeship Accomplishment from Johnson & Johnson Medical Indonesia.
