HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER
The Job :
Responsible for managing the whole HR functions including, Recruitment and Organizational Development, Industrial Relation, Compensation & Benefit. The incumbent is also responsible to ensure the implementation of Operational Excellence in HR and play an important role for organizational transformation programs.
The person :
Hold S1 degree or similar professional qualifications in Human Resources from reputable University. Having minimum 5 years relevant experience in similar position in multinational environment. Strong possession of analytical thinking, communication, interpersonal, leadership and facilitating skills is fundamental; demonstration of high resilience, energy, positive ambition and innovation and proficiency in English is a must.
