QUALITY CONTROL TECHNICIAN – FLAVOR QCTF
The Job:
Reporting to QC Manager in Jakarta, Conduct chemical and physical laboratory test to assist scientists in making qualitative and quantitative analyses of solids, liquids, and gaseous materials for purposes of quality control, maintenance of environmental standards, and other work involving experimental, theoretical, or practical application of chemistry and related sciences in order to ensure the compliance of standard raw material and finished good product, within IFF guideline and other related regulations, eg. ISO 9000, GMP, HSE.
1.Monitor product quality to ensure compliance to standards and specifications.
2.Set up and conduct chemical experiments, tests, and analyses using techniques such as chromatography, spectroscopy, physical and chemical separation techniques, and microscopy.
3.Conduct chemical and physical laboratory tests in making qualitative and quantitative analyses of solids, liquids, and gaseous materials.
4.Compile and interpret results of tests and analyses.
5.Prepare chemical solutions for products and processes following standardized formulas, or create experimental formulas.
6.Write technical reports or prepare graphs and charts to document experimental results.
7.Develop and conduct programs of sampling and analysis to maintain quality standards of raw materials, chemical intermediates, and products.
The Person should meet the following requirements:
1.University degree in Food Technologist, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering or Pharmacy with minimum 1 year experiences at the same position in Flavor Industry, Pharmaceutical or Consumer Goods Industry
2.Able to converse in the English Language
3.Be physically fit, details oriented and persistence
4.Ability to detect difference in color, odor and taste
COMPOUNDERS
PCFF & SLCF
The Job:
Reporting to Production Supervisor for Production Compounder (PCFF) & Sample Lab Coordinator for Sample Lab Compounder (SLCF), you will be mainly responsible for performing all production/laboratory tasks of gathering, charging, blending, packaging of materials, in order to fulfill the requisition of external customers and internal customers.
The Person should meet the following requirements:
1.Fresh graduate university degree or at least a recognized tertiary degree (Diploma III) in Food Science, Chemical Engineering, Chemical Analyst or Pharmacy with minimum 1 year experience in equivalent position.
2.Willingness to learn and adopt new methods and processes
3.Able to work as part of team
4.Be physically fit, hardworking, independent as well as working under pressure
5.Able to adapt in an odorous and/or powder environment (for PCFF)
6.Able to converse in the English Language, at least understanding procedures
7.Possess some basic knowledge of computer operations
8.Ability to detect difference in color, odor and taste/smell
