1. Corporate Strategy Execution Manger (CSEM)
Ensuring the strategy execution process in the company
2. Center of Excellence – Strategy Execution Manger (COE-SEM)
Ensuring the implementation of COE-SE program for Indonesian business community
3. Corporate Strategy Communication Executive (CSCE)
Ensuring the effective communication of strategy internally and externally
Requirements:
1. Master degree (MM/MBA) from reputable university (1,2), Bachelor degree from reputable university (3)
2. Minimum 2 years working experience in managerial level related to strategy execution through Balanced Scorecard Framework (1)
3. Minimum 2 years working experience in managerial level related to consultancy, have experience in sales, client relationship, and business communities management (2)
4. Minimum 2 years working experience related to strategic communication through public relation, website developing, advertising, event organizing (3)
5. Good command in English and MS Office (1,2,3)
6. Understanding of manufacturing and distribution business in pharmaceutical / healthcare industry will be an advantage (1)
7. Understanding of strategy management or Balanced Scorecard Framework will be an advantage (2)
8. Maximum age 35 years old (1,2), 30 years old (3)
