CHEF DE CUISINE – “BONEKA”
Responsible for Continental Restaurant
Has extensive knowledge in Western and Asian cuisine
CHEF DE CUISINE – “KAYUPUTI”
Responsible for Signature Beachfront Restaurant
Has experience in modern contemporary restaurant
SOUS CHEF – “GOURMAND DELI”
Responsible for the production for Gourmand Deli
Has wide knowledge in creating gourmet / homemade specialties
PASTRY CHOCOLATIER
Responsible for creating fine chocolate offerings for Gourmand Deli
COMMUNICATION CENTER SUPERVISOR
Supervise day-to-day telephone services
Has knowledge in Food and Beverage
Very well versed in English language
HEAD BUTLER
Able to demonstrate the finest expression of Butler Service
Good understanding of certain style of life
