Our client is a large manufacturing company for nonwoven products in the eastern province of Saudi Arabia area in need of the following vacant position as follow:
QUALITY ASSURANCE MANAGER
Bachelor degree with minimum of 5 years experience in QA (with 2 years in a senior quality position) in manufacturing facility. Experience with regulated industry requirement is highly desirable. Experience with International Quality System Standards, including planning and implementation is critical. Certified ISO Lead Assessor Credentials a plus. Strong Analytical skills and the ability to communicate to all levels. Proficient in data collection, analysis and presentation. Understands specifications, capability analysis, data analysis, variance reduction, etc. Responsible for Failure Analysis and Corrective Action Reporting System. Maintains the corrective / preventive action program, inclusive of tracking status of open actions, receiving and reviewing responses, verifying effectiveness. Promotes quality achievement and performance improvement. Sets QA compliance objectives and ensures that targets are achived; and identifies relevant quality-related training needs; and ensures training plans are carried out. Ensures compliance with customers standards; Responsible for investigation of and response to all customer complaints. Working experience with Learn and six Sigma Methodologies is a plus.
MECHANICAL MAINTENANCE ENGINEER
Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering with minimum 10 years in industrial experience (with 5 years in a leadership position). Commissions all machines such as compressors, fans, pumps, gear boxes, motors, etc after overhaul or annual repairs, and monitors closely the performance of the equipment during initial stages and coordinates with production in the acceptance of the machine after repair. Knowledge of repairing gear boxes transmission systems. Experience in Hydraulic and pneumatic cylinders, valves and control systems. Experience in extruder, die and mould maintenance, maintenance textile rolls. Repair and maintenance of screw compressors, blowers and pumps, Alignment of machines, Experience in oil, steam heating systems, rotary seals, etc.
ELECTRICAL TECHNICIAN
Diploma or certified training in industrial electricity with minimum of 5 years experience in low and medium voltage installation, switch gears, motor control, transformers, vacuum and air circuit breakers, motors, UPS, communication and fire alarm systems. Able to use various electrical tools and test equipment, read electrical diagrams. Preferably from manufacturing plant or similar industry
MECHANICAL TECHNICIANS
Diploma or certified training in mechanical trade or a plant mechanic with minimum of 5 years experience in plant equipment maintenance, repair and overhaul. Able to operate fabricating tools such as lathe, bandsaw, press, drilling, milling, grinding and shaping machines to repair and fabricate gears coupling, values, etc. preferably from a manufacturing plant or similar industry
MACHINE OPERATORS
High school graduate or vocational / trade diploma with a minimum of 5 years experience as a Machine Operator preferably in a nonwoven company or setting, must be able to read and adjust control parameters, log and plot operating date of machine, maintain products quality per production quality specification, check and control raw materials wastage, perform minor maintenance functions, maintaining and cleaning factory and work area premises.
REQUIREMENT:
1.Male, not more than 35 years of age

3.Proficient English written and spoken
