ACCOUNTING MANAGER / ACCOUNTANT
The Responsibility
Responsible to review day to day accounting transaction and ensure all booked payments are spent as per procedure and policy. Lead the accounting team to ensure management reports are submitted as per deadline. The individual needs to prepare quarterly budget and also act as the key liaison with auditor, tax consultant, tax officer and also as IT coordinator.
Requirements:
1. University graduate preferably overseas with minimum 5 years experience, preferably in multinational company
2. Proficiency in Windows application, preferably in MIS and hands-on knowledge in JDE Accounting System
3. Familiar with budget process, Indonesia’s taxation, Indo GAAP & IFRS is preferable
4. Fluent in English and possess excellent communication with strong leadership and management skill
5. Has high initiative by delivering new ideas and putting it into action by maintaining continuous improvement to enhance efficiency in the department
6. Has high spirit, ability to work under pressure and to work with minimum supervision with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
MERCHANDISER
The Responsibility
Responsible to manage growth business of the area / category of product delegated by GM independently, together with Zone Merchandising Team to support country GM in the development of all product categories, including launch of commercial action plans, to propose, prepare and deliver reliable sales analysis to share with stores.
Requirement:
1. University graduate preferable from overseas with minimum 3 years experience in merchandising
2. Strong analytical ability both quantitative and qualitative and computer literate (especially Excel and Power Point)
3. Fluent in English and possess excellent communication with strong leadership skill
4. Mature, outgoing, has pleasant personality, self-driven and result oriented
ASSISTANT STORE MANAGER
The Responsibility
Responsible to assist the Store Manager in all aspects of store management including sales and staff management, customer service, operational and inventory management and also store visual.
Requirements:
1. University graduate preferably from overseas with minimum 6 years experience in related field or management experience
2. Fluent in English and possess excellent communication with strong leadership skill
3. Action oriented and committed, with high business sense
4. Has ability to implement sales strategies and can motivate the team to achieve goals
SALES ASSOCIATE (FULL TIME & PART TIME)
The Responsibility
Optimize sales of merchandise through performance of the highest standard of customer service, product knowledge, and selling skills to all customers.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree from reputable university
2. Good communication skills and fluent in English
3. Possess a pleasant disposition and customer service oriented
4. Detailed oriented, organized, mature, energetic, and self-driven
5. Prepared to work retail operation hours including on weekends and public holidays
SECRETARY / GENERAL AFFAIR
The Responsibility
Responsible in handling daily activities data on stores performance, filling, prepare presentation, keep track on all deadline set by regional office and to build strong relationship with supplier.
Requirements:
1. Secretarial degree graduate with minimum 5 years of secretarial experience
2. Proficiency in MS Office applications and in English
3. Mature, organized, self-driven and has excellent communication skill
4. Meticulous, independent, analytical and posses good interpersonal skill
