We a fast growing National Securities Firm invite highly motivated and excellent individuals to fill the position for Investment Management Division, Corporate Finance Division and Equity Division as follows:
I. INVESTMENT MANAGEMENT DIVISION
A. INVESTMENT MANAGER (IMJ) / FUND MANAGER
Main purpose of job
Managing portfolio of securities in accordance with investment policy guidelines. The primary objective will be to achieve a reasonable return of the portfolio, while minimizing the portfolio risk.
B. INVESTMENT ANALYST (IA)
Main purpose of job
Making recommendation on markets, industries, and securities to investment committee, investment team, and clients
Knowledge, skills and experience required
1. must have an Investment Manager license from BAPEPAM (IM)
2. Having an Investment Manager license from BAPEPAM is preferred (IA)
3. A master degree in finance, and a bachelor degree either in economic, finance, accountancy, or engineering
4. At least 4 years experience in portfolio management (IM)
5. At least 4 years experience as an equity or credit analyst (IA)
6. Detailed knowledge of relevant markets and securities, local regulation and interpersonal standards and strong analytical skills
7. Skills of communication, decision making and presentation
8. Fluent in English, written and spoken
C. SENIOR SALES (SS)
Main purpose of job
To generate the maximum amount of profitable sales through the achievement of sales targets and by making new and existing clients aware of the company’s product range.
Knowledge, skills and experience required
1. Must have a Selling Agent license from BAPEPAM
2. A bachelor degree, a certified financial planner is preferred
3. At least 4 year’s proven sales experience
4. Excellent sales and interpersonal skills
II. CORPORATE FINANCE DIVISION
Main purpose of job
Perform an in-dept analysis on corporate financial performance as well as industry prospects. Develop a financial model and skillfully perform its valuation in line with various type of fund raising activities. In addition she/he should have strong sense of business and able to give some recommendations regarding corporate value maximization.
Knowledge, skills and experience required
1. Minimum bachelor degree (S1) in Economy Finance or Accounting, a certified financial planner is preferred
2. Strong financial modeling skill and analytical thinking skill
3. At lest 2 years experience as a Financial / Research Analyst in financial institution, preferable from Securities Industry
4. Strong communication and presentation skill
5. Fluent in English both oral and written
6. Abilities to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
7. Willingness to travel
III. EQUITY SALES
Main purpose of job
To generate the maximum amount of profitable sales through the achievement of sales targets and by making new and existing clients aware of the company’s product range.
1. Must have a WPPE license from BAPEPAM
2. A bachelor degree, a certified financial planner is preferred
3. At least 2 year’s proven sales experience
4. Excellent sales and interpersonal skills
5. Have an extensive & potential clients/investor/network
