Job Description
The Treasury Manager - Corporate Finance will join the Corporate Finance function of HP's Corporate Treasury Group. This influential team is responsible for key aspects of HP's overall financial strategy, including capital structure, issuance of debt, share repurchase, structured financing, interest rate risk management and credit rating agency relations. If you bring us good ideas regarding financial management, these ideas can be incorporated into our regular presentations to the CFO and to the Finance & Investment Committee of HP's Board of Directors.
The responsibilities of this role will include (but will not be limited to) the following:
- Direct HP's debt issuance and interest rate risk management strategy
- Capital structure planning and company-wide strategic integration of capital investment alternatives/uses
- Lead teams including HP legal, accounting and tax to implement structured transactions
- Evaluate the economics of complex financial strategies, occasionally presenting to the Finance & Investment Committee of HP's Board of Directors
- Analyze and propose share repurchase strategies
- Analyze alternative stock valuation methods
Qualifications
Education
• A Bachelor's degree or equivalent diploma, preferably with a business or scientific major
• An MBA is required
Essential Characteristics
• At least ten years of experience in finance, treasury, banking or investment roles
• Understanding of corporate finance theory
• Works hard, with a positive attitude
• Outstanding analytical skills
• Focus on quality
• Integrity, reliability and ability to meet tight deadlines

• High degree of proficiency in Excel
• Strong oral and written communication skills
