Senior Environmental Sediment Project Expert specializing in
contaminated sediment investigations and remediation for
marine/estuarine systems and / or urban rivers. You will play
an important role for a Global Environmental Consulting Firm.
Qualifications: MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
BS in Environmental Science/Engineering, Masters or Ph.D. preferred.
12-14 years related environmental consulting experience is required.
Demonstrated ability to identify project opportunities, lead project teams,
and contribute to overall practice goals.
A solid track record of publications and active involvement in related trade
groups a plus.
Experience working on large contaminated sediment sites a plus, performing
the following tasks: investigation design/ physical & chemical sediment
characterization/managing field staff and subcontractors/coordinating
complex schedules and budgets.
Must have practical knowledge of remediation technologies, including
dredging, capping, monitored natural recovery.
