The Deployment Manager's responsibilities and tasks:
* Reports to the Project Manager
* Manage the project development aspects in the site country.
* Work closely and coordinate all local sub-contractors and assist the project manager in all related project activities. This role includes:
- Interaction & coordination with Authority Officials
- Coordination of site survey activity.
- Interact with client for needed authorizations and coordination items.
- Coordinate local activities with the customer such as training, production readiness and go live.
- Plan and coordinate the integration to local utilities, i.e. power and telecommunications

Required Skills:
* BS Degree, engineering degree preferred.
* Three years of experience installing video surveillance equipment and associated endpoint equipment.
* Five years of experience as a deployment manager or site manager in multi-million dollar/multi-disciplinary projects.
* Familiar with installing video surveillance equipment and associated camera control communication required.
* Ability to work with agencies and manage logistics of small team required.
* Ability to complete and manage documentation at a high level of organization and thoroughness.
* Excellent organizational and Project Management skills.
* Demonstrated knowledge of setting up and working with SOW's, WBS's work plans and earned value management.
* Demonstrated experience in managing and negotiating vendors and installation contractors.
* Demonstrated experience in managing and negotiating requirements in a government contracting environment.
* Expertise in project management tools including MS Project
* Leadership, communication and personal skills commensurate with the role.
* Knowledge of relevant territory culture - desired.
Must have a valid US Passport and must be a US CItizen.

Non-Tech Skills:

Excellent communication skills both oral and written required.
