Abu Dhabi office of expanding global law firm is looking to hire ONE stellar corporate technology transactional associate with 4-6 years (class of 2004 to 2002 preferred) of major global law firm experience to join their expanding Technology and Media Corporate Practice in the UAE.
Ideal candidates shoud be native English speakers, have a JD degree from either a "top 30" U.S. law school or "top-tier" UK law school along with very high class rank. Further, ideal candidates must have major "Am Law 100" or " top-tier UK law firm commercial transaction experience in the technology and communications sectors.
Solid background in commercial, corporate and IP transactional law essential.
Experience of outsourcing and/or commercial media transactions a big plus! Strong client-interaction skills and an aptitude for developing business opportunities with existing clients and seeking out new opportunities highly recommended.
