To continue pushing our creative team, we are looking for an Architectural Team Leader to fill a long term position in our corporate office here in Lake Oswego.
This position provides leadership to 25 architecture professionals located in Lake Oswego, Oregon. Primary responsibilities will be group leadership, business development, staff management and profitability. The ideal candidate must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong analytical and leadership skills, and demonstrated time management skills, resulting in the ability to prioritize time and resources accordingly. Further the successful candidate will have significant experience in each of these areas. A background in commercial, hospitality, and/or institutional markets is essential. There will be travel to the UAE on a monthly basis to coordinate client and production requirements for UAE projects.
Qualifications
Education: Minimum of a BS in Architecture. Masters preferred.
Experience: 15 years of architectural and construction management experience with hotel and hospitality focus desired.
