The Director of Patient Financial Services and Admitting and Registration - Revenue Cycle - at the Al Mafraq Hospital just outside of Abu Dhabi, UAE, will:
• Provide leadership for the Revenue Cycle of the entire hospital
• Oversee and manage the accounts receivable and billing process
• Maximize cash collections while minimizing adjustments and bad debt write offs
• Denial Management
• Interview, hire, and perform performance evaluations
Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree in Health Information Management
• A minimum of 10 years experience in senior management in a large North American acute-care hospital
• Experience in billings, collections, electronic billing systems, and customer service
