I was excited to read about Healthcare Coordinator - Registered Nurse job opening at Sunrise Senior Living.
I have completed a Bachelor of Science in nursing from an accredited nursing school with current state license as a Professional Registered Nurse. I have 5 years experience as a Registered Nurse and 3 year experience in assisted living, home health or long term care industries with the tasks and responsibilities focusing on providing overall leadership and management of the health and well being of the residents within the community.
Responsibilities include:
• Quality assurance and regulatory compliance
• Assisting in the recruiting, hiring and training of clinical team members
• Completing clinical staffing, scheduling and daily reviews of timekeeping reports
• Responsible for team member leadership including engagement, performance management and evaluations.
