• Assists in cross-training new personnel in regards to front desk duties
• Ensures supplies for administrative areas are maintained at par levels
• Checks to ensure that all patient records are accounted for and returns to medical records area
• Orders supplies
In addition to my extensive experience, I have previous experience in a medical setting, able to communicate fluently in English & Spanish, good customer service skills, familiarity with computers, ability to understand and follow oral and written instructions generally, working knowledge of sanitation, personal hygiene & basic health and safety precautions applicable to a clinic setting, working knowledge of infection control procedures & safety precautions. My broad background makes me an excellent candidate for Medical Assistant Bilingual position.
