I have a master's degree in Nursing from an accredited School of Nursing and a current Pennsylvania Registered Nurse License, BSN and eligible for immediate PA licensure. I have 5 years Clinical Nursing, Oncology and Care Management experience with the tasks, duties and responsibilities focusing on provide clinical assessment services to referral sources, families and patients to determine the appropriate level of care needed for potential services within company’s continuum of care. To help families and patients have a better understanding and orientation of company. To field any concerns or questions referral sources, families and/or patients may have to optimize the disposition of the patient and to act as the patient/family advocate throughout the course of treatment.

Ability to use computer and software; Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, etc., and other software to Electronic Medical Records systems.
