I have Dental Assistant certifications are required in accordance with State law. I have 5 years Orthodontic experience with the tasks, duties and responsibilities focusing on prepares patients for examination and ensures our patients are prepared, relaxed and are as comfortable as possible. Working chair-side under the supervision of the dentist, the dental assistant performs a variety of tasks; selecting and handing instruments to the dentist during dental procedures and practices of standardized procedures, techniques and methods used in dental assistance. also may remove sutures, apply topical anesthetics to gums or cavity-preventive agents to teeth - remove excess cement used in the filling process and place rubber dams on the teeth to isolate them for individual treatment.
In addition to my extensive experience, I have excellent patient communication skills and be able to instruct patients on postoperative and general oral health care and be skilled in cornal polishing and sealant placement. My broad background makes me an excellent candidate for Orthodontic Dental Assistant position.
