Our client is an Australian services consulting. Currently they are looking for someone to be placed in Banda Aceh for approximately 3 years contract base with position as PROJECT ACCOUNTANT.
Qualification :
- Should have an accounting degree or similar degree with 5 years of working experience in a supervisory accounting
and finance role.
- Result oriented and strong adherence to professional ethics
- Team and customer oriented
- Ability to work under pressure, plan and prioritise workload
- Initiative and problem solving ability
- Proficient in computer literate such as Lotus Notes, MS Excel, MS Word, Powerpoint and MYOB
- English fluently both for written and spoken
- Willing to be placed in Banda Aceh for approximately 3 years on contract based
Job Description :
- Assist FM with completion of monthly financial reporting requirements within required deadlines.
- Prepare and analyse monthly account reconciliations for BS and P&L accounts
- Handle project petty cash
- Handle all project banking transactions
- Manage and process all project related disbursements
- Manage project's monthly and day-to-day funding requirements
- Handle all filings of project financial documents
- Handle payroll for all project staffs ( including timesheet, leaves adn overtime monitoring )
