BUSINESS MANAGER (Medical Devices Products)

Key Responsibility:
To manage medical devices product accounts by managing and organizing strategic marketing activities for the market segment, to establish good coordination with the field force, and be a strategic partner for the principal according to company’s vision, mission and strategy.

Job Requirements:
1.Male / Female, 27-30 years old
2.Minimum Bachelor degree in any discipline, preferably in science, pharmaceutical or medical studies
3.At least 3 years experience in pharmaceutical distributor or pharmaceutical manufacturer company as Product / Business Manager
4.Deep understanding on medical devices product market segmentation
5.Orientation on target achievement, good communication, human relation, presentation and selling skill
6.Good leadership, able to work in team and individual
7.Good command in English )both oral and written)
8.Willing to travel frequently

BUSINESS EXECUTIVE (Optical Products)

Requirements:
1.Hold at minimum Diploma degree in Optical Studies or Bachelor Degree in Medical Study
2.Age max 30 years old
3.Good knowledge of eyes anatomy
4.Minimum one year experience in optical marketing, preferably contact lenses products
5.Excellent communication skill
6.Good presentation skill and experience in giving trainings
7.Good leadership skill
8.Willing to travel extensively

LEARNING & DEVELOPMENT OFFICER

Requirements:
1.Hold minimum Bachelor Degree in Psychology or Management studies
2.Minimum one year work experience manage training & development also knowledge management
3.Demonstrated strong verbal, written, interpersonal communication skills as well as effective presentation and facilitation skills
4.Up to date on developments in the field of corporate learning
5.Ability to “think out of the box” and generate creative, innovative

SALES MANAGER (Consumer & Health Care)

Key Responsibilities:
Ensuring target achievement in pharmacist and drugstore channels by cooperating with Business manager and principals in order to translate the channel’s target and strategies and also ensuring the availability and the development of Field Force competencies.

Job Requirements;
1.Min 2 years proven track records as Sales Manager in a leading / well-established national FMCG company
2.At least Bachelor Degree preferably in Marketing Management field, with max 35 years old of age
3.Strong leadership, good interpersonal skill, strong sense of business and deep understanding of strategic and operational aspects of the business are compulsory
4.Willing to travel frequently
