CRS is currently seeking for the position of :
FINANCE MANAGER (based in Jakarta)
Primary Responsibility:
This position is a senior management position. The major job responsibilities are to provide overall leadership, guidance and supervision to Finance Department and to ensure accurate financial information and management reporting, budget management compliance to financial policies, procedures, and donor requirements, and developing a good working capital management system within CRS/ID country program and SEAPRO regional office and to participate constructively in developing and implementing country strategy.
Required Qualifications :
1.Degree in accounting / financial management. Master degree will be considered an advantage.
2.Minimum 8-10 year experiences in senior finance position.
3.Very good understanding of general accounting principles and practices, audit, and internal control systems. Knowledge of USG regulations will be a plus.
4.Proficiency in English (speaking & writing)
5.Analytical thinking and logical reasoning skills.
6.Proficiency in using computerized accounting package (preferable Sun System).
