BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER
In this newly created role based in Jakarta and reporting to Business Development Director based at the Regional HQ, you will be responsible for growing both the retail and wholesale business in Indonesia by working closely with the regional team and its distributors to develop and implement strategic business plans as well as trade marketing initiatives to further enhance its brand presence.
As the country representative of this brand principal, you will be the strategic partner to its existing distributors to champion sales activities combined with exploring new sales channels with the key objective of maximizing business growth potential to meet the long term business plan.

The Requirements:
1.A University Degree or equivalent
2.At least 5 years of sales, business development and preferably marketing experience in a management capacity
3.Performance driven, resourceful and energetic individual with strong collaboration skills
4.High level of integrity and strong business acumen
5.A strategic thinker with strong leadership and planning skills
6.Possesses a “can do” attitude and ideally a golfer with a passion for the sport
