FACTORY MANAGER (FM)
Responsible for managing overall factory operation and achieving various factory targets
S1 degree, majoring in mechanical or electrical engineering
Should have at last 5 years experience in food industry, with min 600 employees
Knowledgeable in GMP, HACC and ISO 9001
Have a strong leadership and good interpersonal skill
To be located in Tangerang or Bekasi
PRODUCT MANAGER (PM)
Responsible for managing existing products and developing new products in order to maximize profit and sales growth
S1 degree, from reputable University, 28-35 years
Should have minimum 3 years experience as a Product Manager / Brand Manager in FMCG
AREA SALES & PROMOTION MANAGER (ASPM)
Responsible for achieving sales targets. Develop and execute promotion program to increase sales and distribution
S1 degree, min 30 years
Min 3 years experience in sales and promotion area, preferably from Fast Moving Consumer Goods
Be able to work under pressure, target oriented and have a good interpersonal skill
TECHNICAL MANAGER (TM)
Responsible for total maintenance of production and utility equipments
University graduate, majoring in mechanical or electrical engineering
Minimum 2 years experience in the same position
Strong leadership, high interpersonal & communication skill
