1.MARKETING GENERAL MANAGER (MGM)
S1 / S2
The candidate will be responsible for developing & implementing the marketing strategy .
2.BRAND MANAGER (BRM)
S1 / S2
The candidate will be responsible for developing & implementing the existing brand and new brand..
3.REGIONAL SALES MANAGER (FOR OUTER ISLAND AREA & MODERN TRADE MARKET) (RSM)
S1
The candidate will be responsible for developing, managing and controlling all sales activity in order to achieve the sales target.
4.TECHNICAL MANAGER
S1, preferably from mechanical engineering
Mastering project management
5.R & D MANAGER (RDM)
S1, Preferably from Food Technology
The candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing and monitoring the R&D system & strategy
6.QA & QC MANAGER (QAM)
S1, Preferably from Food Technology
The candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing and monitoring the QA & QC system following the ISO 9000, GMP & HACCP requirements
7.PLANT MANAGER (PLM)
S1, Preferably from Industrial or Mechanical Engineering
The candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing and monitoring the implementation of ISO 9000, GMP, HAACP & TQM System
8.PROMOTION MANAGER (PRM)
S1
The candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing and controlling all the promotion planning and promotion activity to support the marketing strategy
9.AREA SALES SUPERVISOR / COORDINATOR (FOR ALL REGION) (ASS / ASC)
D3
The candidate will be responsible controlling all sales activity in order to achieve the sales target
General Qualifications:
1.At least 5 years of experience and proven track record at the same position from:
Fast Moving Consumer Goods Industries (1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8)
Preferably from Food Industry (4,5,6,7)
2.At least 3 years of experience and proven track record at the same position from Fast Moving Consumer Goods Industries (9)
