BRANCH HEAD (BH)
Responsible for planning, organizing and controlling branch activities including marketing, finance, operations, administration, standard procedures and human resource development to achieve sales targets.
Qualifications:
Bachelor degree from any disciplines, having 3 years experience in managerial position with insurance company, willing to be placed anywhere in Indonesia
AGENCY MANAGER (AM)
Responsible for increasing premium income from agents (individual and corporate) by developing the agents competency and effectiveness.
Qualifications:
Bachelor degree from any disciplines, and at least 2 years experience in developing agents
UNDERWRITER (UWR)
Responsible for whole underwriting process, from risk analysis to risk acceptance, defining the terms, conditions and rate to be applied and placement of facultative reinsurance
Qualifications:
Bachelor degree from any discipline, preferably A3IK certification, and having 2 years experience in the insurance industry
TRAINING AND RECUITMENT ANALIST (TRA)
Responsible for improving recruitment and training systems in order to improve effectiveness and efficiency
Qualifications:
Bachelor degree in psychology, and at least 1 year experience in training and recruitment
