1. Branch Manager – BM (Jakarta, Bandung, Surakarta, Surabaya, Makassar)
2. General manager Marketing – GMM (Head Office)
3. HRD Manager – HM (Head Office)
4. Marketing Executive – ME (Head Office)
5. Marketing Representative Office Head – MROH (Medan, Pekanbaru, Batam, Balikpapan, Makassar)
6. Claim Supervisor – CS (Head Office)
7. Information & Technology Supervisor – ITS (Head Office)
8. Board’s Secretary – BS (Head Office)
9. Management Trainee – (Head Office)
General Requirements:
1. Female & Single (8), Male / Female (4,9), Male (1,2,3,5,6,7)
2. Max 35 years old (1,2,3,4,5), Max 30 years old (6,7), Max 27 years old (8), Max 25 years old (9)
3. At least 5 years experience work for reputable insurance company (1,2,3,4), at least 3 years (5,6,7,8)
4. Strong leadership in managing subordinate (1,2,3,4,5,6,7)
5. S1 graduate from reputable university with GPA Min 2.75 and overseas graduate would be an advantage.
6. Excellence spoken and written English
7. Good analytical skill, able to work under pressure and independently as well team player
8. Proficiency in all Microsoft Office application
9. Hard worker, loyal, strong interpersonal skills, responsive and highly self motivated
Special Requirements:
Candidate with an insurance professional qualification (AAIK, AAAIK) would be preferable.
