SENIOR AACOUNTING MANAGER (SA-MGR)
Primary Responsibilities:
1.Lead the on going development and improvement of management information system
2.Ensure provision of accurate and timely analysis of information to senior management
3.Review and report on monthly financial reports to senior management
4.Adsorb in the preparation of annual budgets and strategic plan
5.Assist with the development and improvement of finance and accounting systems
6.Support the external and internal audit process
TAX AND TREASURY MANAGER (TAX-MGR)
Primary Responsibilities:
1.Overall conduct of all tax affairs and matters for 5 reporting entities
2.Ensure strict adherence to commercial and legal requirements
3.Conduct of all tax matters before the tax Court
4.Supervision of all tax audits and support the external and internal audit process
5.Liaise with external advisers, where necessary, external bankers and parent company
6.Overall conduct of all treasury affairs for 6 reporting entities
7.Development of treasury function to achieve corporate objectives
8.Assist in the development and improvement of finance and accounting systems
SENIOR SALES MANAGER (SLS-MGR)
Primary responsibilities:
1.Lead the on going development and improvement of Sales Strategic
2.Manage selected I & I relationship with existing and future customers and develop a deep understanding of the customer’s requirement in order to maximize shareholders’ return and minimize losses, through quality business being booked
3.Ensure to deliver our best service and support to the customers, as well as take personal ownership when dealing with customers
4.Increase market share by; assist communication of special programs, ensuring presentation sales & marketing programs, collect competitive information, handle and resolve problems and complaints, ensure collection of receivables
GENERAL REQUIREMENTS
1.Minimum bachelor degree in the relevant education background with minimum 5 years experience in the position applied
2.Fluent in verbal and written English and computer literate is a must
3.Good business acumen, analytical thinking, strong leadership, excellent communication organizational and administrative skills
4.Applicant 40 years plus welcome to apply
5.Having knowledge about ISO 9001:2000 or Quality Management System is an advantage
SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS
Good command of Mandarin or Japanese would be advantage for Senior Sales Manager
