SENIOR ACTIVITY MANAGER
The Indonesian-Australia Technical Assistance Management Facility for Economic Governance Phase II (TAMF) is an AusAID-funded 5 year facility. Deacons, as the Australian Managing Contractor is seeking applications from suitably qualified persons interested in fulfilling the role of Senior Activity Manager to work as part of the Management Support Team in Jakarta.
The role is for a 12 month period.
Applicants are required to address each of the criteria below in no more than a total 2 A4 pages as well as an up to date CV
Essential Criteria
1.A minimum of 5 years experience in middle level administration/management
2.Ability to work in a team environment and lead in the development and implementation
3.High level skills in managing projects from the development stage trough to finalization
4.A good working knowledge of financial accounting with the ability to analize and prepare reports
5.IT skills
6.An excellent command of written and spoken English
Desired Criteria
1.Work experience with aid funded project
2.A university degree
3.Experience with Quickbooks
