Human Resources Manager
PT Aker Kvaerner Subsea (Based in Batam, Indonesia)
Aker Kvaerner Subsea is part of the Subsea Business Area within the Aker Kvaerner Group, a leading global provider of engineer and construction services technology products and integrated solutions.
We are one of the foremost providers of Subsea Systems for oil & gas production, supporting all aspects of Subsea field development. We are a fully integrated company providing a complete range of Surface and Subsea solutions for the oil & gas industry from concept screening and design through manufacturing, fabrication & commissioning and on-going service support.
Responsibilities:
1.Directs and manages all HR activities for the area including attraction, selection, reward & compensation, development & reassignment of personnel
2.Keeps abreast of legislation affecting human resources; trains management & monitors Company policies to ensure compliance
3.Acts as a focal point for assigned area or functions, answers questions & provides information ensuring adherence to all applicable requirements
4.Conducts recruitment effort for all levels of personnel. Includes new-employee orientations, employee relations counseling & conducts exit interviews
5.Monitors integrity in the preparation, maintenance & updating of Company systems & HR information to ensure that all pertinent personnel information are properly captured, effectively managed & maintained at all times
Qualifications & Recruitments:
1.A minimum Degree in Human Resource Management
2.A minimum 5 years of relevant working experience with supervisory responsibilities
3.Thorough knowledge of Indonesian HR practices & regulations
4.Demonstrated good management & organizational skills
5.Ethical, resourceful, self-motivated & self-starter
6.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Good fluent written and oral English is essential
7.Ability to demonstrate initiative & assertiveness
8.Ability to plan & manage work in an efficient manner & work well under stress & time pressures
