PT BUKIT ULUWATU VILLA is an established hotel-owning company, which currently is developing a stunning complex of hotel villas in the southern tip of Bali Island, known as Alila Villas Uluwatu and also the owner of the prominent Hotel alila Ubud.
Due to the company’s rapidly expanding business, we invite smart, energetic and talented person to join our professional team as :
1.Accounting and Tax Manager (Code : ATM)
2.Assistant Accounting manager (Code : AAM)
3.Internal Auditor (Code : IA)
4.Finance Manager (Code : FM)
5.Assistant Finance Manager (Code : AFM)
6.Financial Analyst (Code : FA)
7.HRD Manager (Code : HRM)
8.Legal Officer (Code : LO)
All applicants shall have the following qualifications :
1.Fluent in written and oral English
2.Computer literate, able to operate Microsoft Office
3.Good communication and interpersonal skills
4.Problem solving and continuous improvement attitude
5.Having experience working in a public company will be an advantage
Applicants for ATM, AAM and IA shall have the following qualifications :
1.For ATM shall have experience in the same field at least 3 years
2.For AAM shall have experience in a public accountant office for at least 2 years
3.For IA shall have experience in the same field at least 2 years
4.Hospitality experience will be an advantage
Applicants for code FM and AFM shall have the following qualifications :
1.For FM shall have experience in the same field at least 3 years
2.For AFM shall have experience in the same field at least 2 years
3.Able to build relation with the bank (s) and other financial institution(s)
4.Hospitality experience will be an advantage
Applicants for code FA shall have the following qualifications :
1.Have experience working in a public company with preferences in a property company or in a securities company at least 3 years
2.Able to build relation with government institution(s) or other institution(s) particularly institution(s) in relation to the capital market
Applicants for HRM shall have the following qualifications :
1.Have experience working in the same field at least 3 years, particularly in recruitment and discharge, labor law, and payroll
Applicants for code LO shall have the following qualifications :
1.Have experience in the same field at least 2 years
2.Good knowledge of Indonesian law regulation, particularly capital market law and land law
3.Have experience working in a law consultant will be preferable
