Job Description
This full-time field sales representative position is responsible for meeting or exceeding established program targets within a given geographical territory.

• Maximize client brand, achieve daily sales call activity/client deliverables by gaining access to decision makers and influencing physician product usage.
• Communicate persuasively, demonstrate product knowledge, deliver customized presentations and organize events based on customer’s needs.
• Plan strategically, positively impact sales in territory, display knowledge of key customers, create passionate customers, plan, analyze and act upon sales data within geography.
• Manage business complexity; manage administrative responsibilities, including pre-call planning, territory management and sample inventory.
• Build strong relationships and customer loyalty.

Job Requirements
• 2 years pharmaceutical sales experience or equivalent success in a relevant outside business to business sales environment.

Must have the following:
• BA/BS degree in scientific discipline or equivalent experience in a pharmaceutical or science-driven biotech company.
• Ability to learn and comprehend complex medical and scientific information. Maintain current and competent working knowledge of product line to educate customer and increase customer’s likeliness to prescribe the product.
• Experience in product sales to a highly educated, high profile customer base.
• Consistent track record of quantifiable sales accomplishments.
• Documented track record of sales performance in a dynamic, competitive environment.
• Strong customer orientation as evidenced by documented customer feedback.
• Must be highly motivated, enthusiastic, and comfortable with change and growth.
• Technical aptitude.
• Superior organizational skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills. Ability to interface with client counterparts.
• Persuasive communication skills, a fortitude to sell and compete, and be a self starter.
• Computer Skills: Business Software (i.e. Outlook, Word, Excel)
