Specific Job Description :
PAE, Inc. currently has an outstanding opportunity for an experienced individual to perform Procurement and Subcontracts compliance responsibilities in one our of international regional offices in Dubai, UAE. PAE is in the business of providing Mission Readiness, Peacekeeping, Global Infrastructure Support and Disaster Relief activities to complement Lockheed Martin’s deep expertise in providing systems integration solutions, logistics, mission operations support and technology integration. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years compliance management experience; experience with FAR and UN Procurement Procedures; familiar with US Government Regulations on import/export (ITAR and EAR); experience in contract negotiations/drafting; very strong customer relations skills; ability to interact effectively with both external and internal contacts across all organizational levels both domestically and internationally; ability to pay attention to detail; ability to create procedures and training courses; and must be able to effectively impart his/her knowledge on to others. Undergraduate degree is essential – MS/MBA is a plus; work experience may be substituted for equivalent education.
This position will be the primary support from a Global Supply Chain Management Risk Mitigation perspective for the PAE business, a wholly owned subsidiary of Lockheed Martin Corporation. The job is based in Dubai, UAE and will provide support for all international locations. Extensive travel will be required for reviews and training in all regions of Africa, the Middle East , United States and in some cases Europe. These locations would include, but not be limited to, Afghanistan, Iraq, the Sudan, Liberia, Nairobi, Southern Sudan, Djibouti and others. There will be close coordination with PAE Headquarters in Arlington, Virginia.Applicants selected will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.

Interprets federal and state and/or international regulations as they apply to products, financial processes, and other processes, practices and procedures. Implements policies and procedures to ensure that these are in compliance with the appropriate statutes and regulations and that regulatory reporting requirements are met. Investigates and resolves compliance problems, questions, or complaints received from other units of the company, customers, government regulatory agencies, etc. May develop and implement programs designed to increase employee awareness and knowledge of compliance policies. May audit and evaluate current policies, procedures, and documentation for compliance with government laws and regulations.
Typical Minimums :
Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education, with 15 years or more of professional experience; or 13 years of professional experience with a related Masters degree. Considered an expert, authority in discipline.
