I have a baccalaureate degree in physical therapy and certificate in physical therapy from an accredited university and completion of a physical therapy clinical practice program approved by the Commission on Accreditation in Physical Therapy Education and completed at an accredited university with Current license to practice Physical Therapy in a State of the United States. I have 3 years of physical therapy experience in wide range of rehabilitation cases, with the tasks, duties and responsibilities focusing on such as but not limited to stroke, TBI, Spinal Cord injury/disease, upper and lower extremity orthopedic problems, total hip/knee replacements, amputation, Parkinson's disease, functional decline from progressive nature of Alzheimer's disease and aging, dysfunction of cardiovascular, pulmonary conditions, multi-site arthritis, pre/post orthopedic surgery or problem with upper extremity, high risk of fall, chronic pain due to various neuron-musculoskeletal problems, Orthopedic shoulder rehab with/without surgery.
In addition to my extensive experience, I have Knowledge and experience with MDS, JCAHO, Medicare/Medicaid documentation through computerized application. Knowledge and experience using Functional Independent Measures (FIM) and its application in Functional Assessment and goal setting/care plan. Knowledge and experience in cardiac rehabilitation and communication/coordination skills in interdisciplinary approach. My broad background makes me an excellent candidate for Physical Therapist Job in Asheville NC position.
